We are pleased to announce an exciting new feature for Plerion customers: Exporting Custom Reports! This feature lets customers quickly and easily export their custom reports to PDF.

With this new feature, customers can generate detailed reports of their data on demand with the Plerion custom report builder and export the report in PDF format and share it with their teams or stakeholders.

Enjoy a range of options for building custom reports across Metrics, Charts, Tables, and Lists from various data sources like Findings, Assets, Compliance, and Alerts. Then have your report exported to PDF for easy distribution.

To begin using Custom Report Builder, navigate to the report creation view by clicking on the Tenant settings menu and selecting "Custom Reports". Customize your reports by adding widgets that suit your data visualization needs. Once your report is ready, save it to start gaining valuable insights from your data.

We are excited to announce the launch of Plerion's new Workload AWS Service Account feature. This feature allows our customers to centrally manage and monitor their workloads scans across multiple AWS accounts, making identifying potential vulnerabilities easier and reducing the risk of security breaches.

Workload Service Accounts enables you to run security vulnerability scans easily, ensuring that all your cloud workloads are secure and compliant. This allows for greater control and visibility over any potential vulnerabilities that may be present due to misconfiguration or unauthorized access.

To start, head to your Tenant Inbound Integrations and choose "Workload AWS Service Account." You can easily migrate from the single same account to the new central Workload Service Account.

Whenever a Plerion Alert is created, updated, or resolved, a request is sent to the webhook integration. Traditionally engineers spend significant time searching across systems for actionable insights. This leads to the risk of overlooking crucial information, resulting in delays in resolving critical issues or responding to important events.

Plerion's Webhook Integration feature is one of the many platform offerings to tackle this problem. By leveraging webhooks, customers can now easily configure their own endpoint to receive automated notifications directly from our platform. This eliminates the need for manual alert checks or relying on periodic email digests. Instead, you'll receive instant notifications in your preferred system where you work, such as your team's communication channels, custom applications, or any other webhook-compatible service.

To get started, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Plerion account
2. From the left-hand navigation bar, select Tenant Settings and click on Integrations
3. Click on the Outbound Tab and click on the + button against 'Webhook'
4. Provide the necessary details, such as the Webhook URL and any additional configuration options
